Your account email; the material you give a rep (a public site we read, text you paste, a PDF you upload); transcripts of conversations prospects have with your rep; handoff requests (a prospect's name, email and reason); and the usage needed to run the service (conversation minutes).
To brief and run your rep, to show you what prospects asked, to bill the plan you're on, and to keep the service secure. We don't sell it and we don't share it with anyone but the providers that run the voice, video and language models under contract.
A rep tells a prospect it is an AI rep when asked, and its widget carries a visible badge on Free and Starter. Prospects' conversations belong to the customer whose rep they talked to.
If a customer turns on retargeting for their rep, on their own site we remember what a visitor looked at, keep a random id in the browser (local storage, a cookie and the browser database), and read device signals — browser and system family, screen, time zone, language, hardware hints, codes computed from how the browser draws and plays sound, and the first three parts of the IP address — to recognise a returning device. An email the visitor gives, a sign-in or a personal email link (it carries a signed code from a one-way hash of the email, never the email) recognises them on other devices. The rep may open on what they looked at and, when sure it's them, recall the earlier conversation; from device signals alone it never recalls what was said. Kept 180 days unless the customer sets otherwise.
We may build a demo rep from a company's public material and send them the link; we record whether it was opened, talked to or led to an account, and tell the outreach tool that sent it. On those demo pages and at sign-up we may load Meta, Google, LinkedIn and X advertising tags so we can show relevant ads later; the networks set their own cookies. Ask us not to contact you and we keep only a one-way hash of your email to leave you out.
Material and transcripts are kept while your account is active. Delete a rep and its material and transcripts go with it; write to us to delete an account, or to stop being recognised or contacted.
Our pages load our own analytics (analytics.leedz.co): a page view (the page, where you came from, campaign tags, your browser type) and a random visitor id kept in your browser's local storage. We use it to count visits and to connect a visit to the demo or sign-up it led to, across our own sites. It isn't sold and isn't shared with advertising networks; clearing your site data removes the id.
