Trust

What it reads, what it says, what it keeps.

A rep that invents a price is a churn event, not a funny screenshot. These are the rules it runs under, and what happens to what you give it.

What it reads

Your public site, or what you hand it.

A link is read the way a search engine reads it: your public pages, ranked by what a prospect asks โ€” pricing, product, how to start, who to talk to. A pasted text or a PDF is read once and kept as the rep's material. It never reads a page behind a login unless you paste it.

What it says

Only what the material says.

Prices, plans and limits exactly as published. When something isn't covered it says so and offers to have a person follow up. It never invents features, integrations, customers or timelines, and it never denies being the AI rep.

What it keeps

Transcripts, for you.

Every conversation is transcribed into your dashboard so you know what prospects asked. Handoff requests carry the prospect's name, email and reason. We don't sell or share any of it.

What it never does

Pretend, pressure, or go rogue.

It doesn't claim to be a person. It doesn't quote a discount that doesn't exist. It doesn't keep a prospect who asked for a human. And the moment a plan lapses it drops to Free with the badge on โ€” it never goes dark on a prospect mid-conversation.

Ask ours the hard questions.

"Are you a person?" "What does it cost?" "Do you integrate with Salesforce?" Watch what it does when the answer isn't on the site.
