Your material
You give a rep material you have the right to use — your own site, deck or copy. You're responsible for what it says; the rep repeats it, it doesn't check it.

What the rep says
The rep answers from your material under the rules on the Trust page. It is not a person and says so. It can be wrong; a quote from a rep is not an offer until a person confirms it.
Plans
Free is free and stays free. Paid plans bill monthly or annually and start with a 14-day trial. A lapsed plan drops to Free. Minutes are counted over the last 30 days.
Acceptable use
No impersonating a person or a company you don't represent, no reps for products you don't sell, no material you don't have rights to. We can take a rep down that breaks this.
